4 Things You Can Do To Be A Good Tenant

1) The 3min Rule

If something takes you 3 minutes or less to clean up DO IT! If you don’t tidy up in the moment, you’ll most likely postpone it for later. Suddenly you have a disorganized space. As a tenant you are responsible to keep the rental clean. Keeping the rental orderly can help prevent further damage that cannot be seen underneath a unkept apartment.

2) Learn Your Lease

Understand the lease agreements and ask questions! If you are unaware of what something is meaning to say, let us know. After signing a lease there is a higher standard of what is expected.

When there is a level of understanding there will follow a level of compliance to those requirements. If there ends up being an issue with the lease after signing it just pick up the phone and call us! We will do our best to work with you!

3) Pay Rent on Time

If you really want to be in good shape with your landlord, do your best to pay your rent on time. Of course, there will be harder months ahead and we understand that. So, if you do have to pay late one month just let us know as soon as possible. Start creating a good track record for yourself that you do pay rent on time and we will be willing to work with you when those hard

times come.

4) Communicate

We want to assist you as much as possible. We only want the best for you! Our phones will always be at our side to help you when you need it. A constant communication with what is going on will originate a trustworthy relationship. We want to learn about your perspective and collaborate with you. Life happens. Allow us to work with you to find the most effective solution to your problem.
