About Netgain

In 2016, Derek Morton, Owner/Principal Broker, started Netgain Property Management in Cedar City with a goal of bringing a better approach to property management. Netgain quickly built a strong reputation and expanded into Washington and Beaver counties. In 2024, after establishing itself as a people-first company, it extended north into the Wasatch Front. Just one year later, Netgain acquired Secure Property Management to expand its services in Northern Utah. Today, Netgain manages more than 650 units and serves communities across Utah. What began as a simple goal to "try not to suck" has grown into one of Utah's premier property management companies.
