Housing Scholarship: Now Accepting Applications

Netgain Property Management and Southern Utah University are now accepting applications for the MW Netgain Housing Scholarship, funded by Netgain Property Management. 

About the Scholarship

The MW Netgain Housing Scholarship is an annual scholarship for those attending Southern Utah University. The $2500 scholarship will be awarded annually and can be used for housing and housing-related expenses.

“We decided to offer this scholarship to help promote stable housing for those who may not always have had that luxury,” Derek Morton, owner of Netgain Property Management said. “Our hope is that this scholarship will lift some of the stress so they can focus on bettering their future.”

Who Qualifies

In order to qualify for the scholarship, applications must meet the following requirements:

• 
  Enrolled in a minimum of 10 credit hours 
• Maintain a minimum 2.0 average GPA 
• Have financial need 
• Be considered homeless or experienced homelessness, a survivor of domestic violence, or aged out of foster care. 

Preference will also be given to new freshmen or returning students with less than 30 credit hours.
